DESCRIPTION:

The second bottling from Amateur Spirits. This time it was a 40-year-old cognac from Bons Bois.

This time the jury again consisted of Aurélien Touzé and three other people. They selected this bottling (blind tasting) from various samples provided by Aurélien. 

Frédéric Billonneau's Domaine has been producing Bons Bois Cognac since 1972.

Why the stork on the front label? This migratory bird temporarily calls Domaine La Prenellerie home each year. Frédéric fondly describes how he shares the vines and the surrounding land with these birds when they stop by.

Die zweite Abfüllung von Amateur Spirits. Dieses Mal ist es ein 40 Jahre alter Cognac aus dem Bons Bois geworden.

Die Jury bestand auch dieses Mal wieder aus Aurélien Touzé und drei weiteren Personen. Diese wählten aus verschiedenen, von Aurélien zur Verfügung gestellten Samples, diese Abfüllung (blind Verkostung) aus. 

Die Domaine von Frédéric Billonneau produziert seit 1972 Bons Bois Cognac. 

Warum der Storch auf dem Label? Dieser Zugvogel ist jedes Jahr vorübergehend auf der Domaine La Prenellerie zu Hause. Frédéric beschreibt liebevoll, wie er die Weinberge und das umliegende Land mit diesen Vögeln teilt, wenn sie vorbeikommen.
