Mein Fokus liegt auf handwerklichen Meisterwerken von kleinen, familiengeführten Produzenten, die ich oft persönlich vor Ort besuche. Doch ich blicke bewusst über den Tellerrand hinaus, immer auf der Suche nach dem puren, echten Geschmack.

My focus is on artisanal masterpieces from small, family-run producers, whom I often visit personally on-site. But I deliberately look beyond the horizon, always in search of the pure, genuine taste.
