DESCRIPTION:

This bottling for The Distillates is a project by Shane Pearlman. In addition to Le Frêche, a Grand Môle from l'Encantada was also bottled. In other words, the Armagnac are barrels that come from l'Encantada.

Le Frêche, like Lous Pibous, uses cask that are very rare and rarely available anymore. 

The Armagnac matured in a barrel for around 31 years before it was bottled in Dame Jeannes in 2021. This is a single cask, which was bottled at cask strength and without the use of additives. 

By the way, this bottling is already completely sold out.

BESCHREIBUNG: 

Bei dieser Abfüllung für The Distillates handelt es sich um ein Projekt von Shane Pearlman. Neben dem Le Frêche wurde auch ein Grand Môle von l'Encantada abgefüllt. Sprich, es handelt es sich bei den Armagnac um Fässer, welche aus dem Eigentum von l'Encantada stammen.

Bei le Frêche handelt es sich, wie auch bei Lous Pibous, um Fässer, welche sehr rar sind und man nur noch selten bekommt. 

Der Armagnac reifte für ca. 31 Jahre in einem Fass bevor er dann 2021 in Dame Jeannes abgefüllt wurde. Es handelt sich als hier um ein Einzelfass, welches in Fassstärke und ohne die Verwendung von Zusätzen abgefüllt wurde. 

Übrigens ist auch diese Abfüllung bereits restlos ausverkauft.
