DESCRIPTION:

A single cask bottling from Navarre. 
The Navarre cognac house was originally known as Domaine du Renclos. 
The domaine has a size of 11 hectares and the grape varieties Ugni Blanc, Colombard and a small part Folle Blanche are grown.

A big special feature at Navarre is that the harvest is carried out entirely by hand and not by machines, as is the case with almost all other cognac houses.

The House of Navarre is very popular under cognac lovers, which makes me even more excited to try the bottling.

BESCHREIBUNG: 

Eine Einzelfassabfüllung aus dem Haus Navarre. 
Ursprünglich war das Cognachaus Navarre unter dem Namen Domaine du Renclos bekannt. 
Die Domaine hat eine Größe von 11 ha und man baut die Traubensorten Ugni Blanc, Colombard und einen kleinen Teil Folle Blanche an.

Eine große Besonderheit bei Navarre ist sicherlich, dass die Ernte komplett von Hand durchgeführt wird und nicht wie bei fasten allen anderen Cognachäusern durch Maschinen. 

Bei Cognacliebhabern steht das Haus Navarre sehr hoch im Kurs umso mehr freue ich mich, die Abfüllung probieren zu dürfen.
