DESCRIPTION:

The Cognac House Vaudon/Voyer is located in the small town of Echallat and is definitely worth a visit. I had a great tour here, which you are welcome to check out at the following link. 

Today we're dealing with the latest bottling from the independent bottler Grape of the Art. A blend of three single casks and an age between 44 - 49 years. 

Only Ugni Blanc grapes were used and then bottled at cask strength without the addition of any additives.

This time, the GotA team was inspired by the Voyer Cognac logo for the label. They have a winged horse (Pegasus) in their logo and so they wanted to take up the theme of Greek mythology. The label shows Medusa, who is said to be the mother of Pegasus.

BESCHREIBUNG: 

Das Cognachaus Vaudon/Voyer befindet sich in der kleine Ortschaft Echallat und ist auf jeden Fall ein Besuch wert. Ich hatte hier eine großartige Tour, welche ihr euch sehr gerne unter dem folgenden Link ansehen könnt. 

Heute haben wir es mit der neuesten Abfüllung vom unabhänigen Abfüller Grape of the Art zu tun. Ein Blend aus drei Einzelfässern und eine Alter zwischen 44 - 49 Jahren. 

Es wurden ausschließlich Ugni Blanc Trauben verwendet und anschließend in Fassstärke ohne die Zugabe von Zusätzen abgefüllt. 

Für das Label wurde das Team von GotA dieses Mal vom Logo von Voyer Cognac inspiriert. Diese haben im Logo ein geflügeltes Pferd (Pegasus) und so wollte man das Thema rund um die griechische Mythologie aufgreifen. Das Label zeigt Medusa, welche die Mutter von Pegasus sein soll.
