DESCRIPTION:
Again a very old Cognac. This time a Tiffon (Petite Champagne). Until 1990 it matured in a french oak barrel, befored it was filled in a dame janne. They used Ungi Blanc grapes. 1945 was the end of World War II. So, do we have here another historic liquid masterpiece? Let's find out!
COLOUR:

NOSE:
Floating above everything is this wonderful baked apple. Then there are pruns, spicy wood and raisins.
PALATE:
Very sweet and smooth. Flatters around the tongue. Again some raisins and the wood is present. Some blackberry and honey showing up.
FINISH:
Long finish with a lot of wood spices, pinches of cinnamon and vanilla.
OVERALL IMPRESSION:
Wonderful old cognac from Tiffon. With the typical spices from the Petite Champagne.
