DESCRIPTION:

The Domaine de Danis is one of my absolute favorite Domaines in France.

So far, I have never been disappointed with this domaine with any Armaganc and I can only recommend anyone who is traveling to the Armagnac region to make an appointment with Victoire and take a look at the domaine and the small, but high quality warehouse.
By the way, Victoire and her brother not only make excellent Armagnac, they also make very good white wine.

This Armagnac is 34 years old and was made from 100% Folle Blanche grapes, which is rather a rarity. The Armagnac matured in Danis' rather humid cellar and was bottled at cask strength.

BESCHREIBUNG: 

Die Domaine de Danis zählt zu meinen absoluten Lieblingsdomaines in Frankreich.

Bisher wurde ich von dieser Domaine mit noch keinem Armaganc enttäuscht und ich kann nur jedem empfehlen, welcher in die Armagnacregion fährt, bei Victoire einen Termin zu vereinbaren und sich die Domaine und das kleine, aber qualitativ hochwertige Fasslager anzusehen. 
Übrigens macht Victoire gemeinsam mit Ihrem Bruder nicht nur hervorragenden Armagnac, es gibt auch sehr guten Weißwein. 

Diese Abfüllung ist 34 Jahre alt und wurde zu 100 % aus Folle Blanche Trauben hergestellt, was dann doch eher eine Seltenheit ist. Der Armagnac reifte in dem recht feuchten Keller von Danis und wurde in Fassstärke abgefüllt.
