Willkommen zurück in der ARCORE-Lounge! 🥃 Heute wird es richtig spannend, denn wir haben eine junge, aber unglaublich kraftvolle Abfüllung aus der Ténarèze im Glas: Einen 13 Jahre alten Einzelfass-Armagnac der Domaine Séailles.

Das absolute Highlight dieser 100% Ugni Blanc Abfüllung ist ihre Reifung: Sie lagerte in einem sehr trockenen Keller. Das führt zu dem seltenen Phänomen, dass der Wasseranteil im Fass schneller verdunstet ist als der Alkohol. Das Ergebnis? Der Alkoholgehalt ist im Laufe der 13 Jahre nicht gesunken, sondern sogar leicht angestiegen! Ein echtes Fassstärke-Erlebnis. 📈

Auch geschmacklich geht dieser Armagnac eigene Wege. Wer auf starke Vanille-Noten, frische Zitrusfrüchte und echte "Bourbon-Vibes" steht, wird hier voll auf seine Kosten kommen. Schnappt euch ein Glas und verkostet mit mir!

Welcome back to the ARCORE Lounge! 🥃 Today it's getting really exciting because we have a young but incredibly powerful bottling from the Ténarèze in our glass: A 13-year-old single cask Armagnac from Domaine Séailles.

The absolute highlight of this 100% Ugni Blanc release is its maturation: It aged in a very dry cellar. This leads to the rare phenomenon where the water content in the cask evaporates faster than the alcohol. The result? The alcohol by volume (ABV) hasn't dropped over the course of 13 years – it has actually slightly increased! A true cask strength experience. 📈

Taste-wise, this Armagnac also goes its own way. If you are into strong vanilla notes, fresh citrus fruits, and real "bourbon vibes", you will absolutely love this one. Grab a glass and taste along with me!
