DESCRIPTION:
After we already tasted the 2024 bottling of the same vintage of Saint Martin, today it's the turn of the 2025.

However, it's from a different cask.

The bottling comes from the independent bottler Le Passeur and is bottled at cask strength. Only the Baco grape variety was used.

BESCHREIBUNG: 

Nachdem wir schon die 2024er Abfüllung vom gleichen Jahrgang des Saint Martin verkosten durften, ist heute der 2025er an der Reihe. 
Es handelt sich allerdings um ein anderes Fass. 

Die Abfüllung stammt vom unabhängigen Abfüller Le Passeur und ist in Fassstärke abgefüllt. Es wurde ausschließlich die Traubensorte Baco verwendet.
