DESCRIPTION:

This world-famous blend consists of 60 different distillates. In 1817, James Hennessy created a unique blend for the future King George IV of England. 

The cognac contain must not be younger than 4 years (minimum maturation time in the barrel) in order to receive the title V.S.O.P.. 

This cognac from Hennessy is often used to add to cocktails. But today we would like to try it pure to find out whether it has its right to exist without the addition of any bells and whistles. After all, this is one of the best-selling Coganc worldwide.

Dieser weltweit bekannte Blend besteht aus 60 verschiedenen Destillaten. 1817 wurd er das erste Mal für den dann damaligen König George IV von England hergestellt. 

Der enthaltene Cognac darf nicht jünger sein als 4 Jahre (Mindestreifezeit im Fass) um den Titel V.S.O.P. führen zu dürfen. 

Dieser Cognac von Hennessy wird sehr gerne für das Beimischen zu Cocktails verwendet. Wir möchten ihn aber heute mal pur probieren um herauszufinden, ob er auch ohne die Zugabe von irgendwelchem Schnickschnack seine Daseinsberechtigung hat. Schließlich handelt es sich hierbei um den mit meistverkauften Coganc weltweit.
