DESCRIPTION:

The Enclos du Simsat estate has less than 6 hectares of vineyards. 
They only grow the Baco and Ugni Blanc grape varieties and is runed by Christian Sourbès. 

Today we are dealing with a fairly young single cask bottling. 
As always at Authentic Spirits, the whole thing was bottled at cask strength and without the addition of any additives.

BESCHREIBUNG: 

Das Anwesen von Enclos du Simsat hat weniger als 6 ha an Rebflächen. 
Sie bauen ausschließlich die Traubensorten Baco und Ugni Blanc an. 
Betrieben wir die Domaine von Christian Sourbès. 

Heute haben wir eine recht junge Einzelfassabfüllung zu tun. 
Das ganze wurde wie immer bei Authentic Spirits in Fassstärke und ohne die Zugabe von Zusätzen abgefüllt.
