Malternative Belgium celebrates its 5th anniversary with this Cognac. 
Congratulations to Ysatis and Pieter on 5 years of fantastic Cognac bottlings. This bottling is one of a total of four different anniversary bottlings.

Congratulations to Ysatis and Pieter on 5 years of fantastic Cognac bottlings. This bottling is one of a total of four different anniversary bottlings. In addition to two Cognac, two Pineau des Charentes were also bottled for the anniversary.

With this cognac from Fins Bois we are dealing with a cognac from 1945 (!). So an age of around 80 years. What is remarkable about this Fins Bois Cognac is the incredible alcohol content of 58.2% (barrel strength). Which in turn speaks for storage in a very dry cellar. 

On the label you can see various falling drops. Each of these drops is intended to represent the outstanding interplay between different aromas and intensity. So like a beautiful symphony (the title of the bottling is “La Symphonie”).

BESCHREIBUNG: 

Malternative Belgium feiert mit diesem Cognac ihr 5 jähriges Jubiläum. 
Herzlichen Glückwunsch an Ysatis und Pieter zu 5 Jahre fantastischer Cognac Abfüllungen. Diese Abfüllung zählt zu insgesamt vier verschiedenen Jubiläumsabfüllungen. Neben zwei Cognacs wurden für das Jubiläum auch zwei Pineau des Charentes abgefüllt. 

Bei diesem Cognac aus dem Fins Bois haben wir es mit einem Cognac aus dem Jahr 1945 (!) zu tun. Somit ein Alter um die 80 Jahre. Bemerkenswert bei diesem Fins Bois Cognac ist der unglaubliche Alkoholgehalt von noch 58,2 % (Fassstärke). Was wiederum für eine Lagerung in einem sehr trockenen Keller spricht. 

Auf dem Label sieht man verschiedene fallende Tropfen. Jeder dieser Tropfen soll das herausragende Zusammenspiel zwischen unterschiedlicher Aromen und Intensität darstellen. Also wie eine wunderschöne Symphonie (Titel der Abfüllung lautet "La Symphonie").
