The latest bottling from Grape of the Art is here! A 19 year old Bas-Armagnac from the Domaine de Charron. 
As usual with GotA (Grape of the Art), this time it is also a single cask bottling, which was bottled at cask strength and without the use of additives.

This time you can see various zebras and a rugby ball on the label. The zebra is the logo of the domaine and the rugby ball refers to the father-in-law of the current owner Jean-Philippe Balay, both of whom are big rugby fans.

Did you know that rugby is the number one sport in the Armagnac region and is significantly more popular than, for example, football?

BESCHREIBUNG: 

Die neueste Abfüllung von Grape of the Art ist da! Ein 19 Jahre alter Bas-Armagnac von der Domaine de Charron. 
Wie üblich bei GotA (Grape of the Art) ist es auch diesesmal eine Einzelfassabfüllung, welche in Fassstärke und ohne die Verwendung von Zusätzen abgefült wurde.

Auf dem Label erkennt man dieses Mal verschiedene Zebras und einen Rugbyball. Das Zebra ist das Logo der Domaine und der Rugbyball bezieht sich auf den Schwiegervater von dem heutigen Eigentümer Jean-Philippe Balay, welche beide große Rugbyfans sind.

Wusstet ihr schon, dass in der Armagnacregion Rugby die Sportart Nr. 1 und deutlich beliebter als z.B. Fußball ist?
