DESCRIPTION:

The Château de Leberon is located in the village of Cassaigne. It is a typical medieval castle. 
Wine was produced here as early as the 17th century. It is also the residence of the Rozes family. There are very old vines between 40 and 60 years old and the grape varieties are Ugni Blanc, Baco and Colombard. 
The Armagnac matures in the castle's own cellar under ideal conditions.

“Le temps mûrit toute chose” means that everything matures over time. 
This is the title of this bottling from 1996 from Château de Léberon. 
To be honest, I don't know what exactly the label wants to tell us. Definitely a very imaginative and interesting representation. 

One thing is certain: we are dealing with a single cask bottling, which was bottled at cask strength. 200 liters were left from this cask and 400 bottles, which are available in a 50 cl size, were filled.

BESCHREIBUNG: 
Das Château de Leberon befindet sich in der Ortschaft Cassaigne. Es handelt sich um ein typisch mittelalterliches Schloss. 
Bereits im 17. Jahrhundert hat man hier Wein produziert. Zugleich ist es auch der Wohnsitz der Familie Rozes. Man bestitzt sehr alte Reben zwischen 40 - 60 Jahren und hat die Traubensorten Ugni Blanc, Baco und Colombard. 
Der Armagnac reift im schlosseignenen Keller unter idealen Bedingungen. 

"Le temps mûrit toute chose", bedeutet soviel wie mit der Zeit reift alles. 
Dies ist der Titel zu dieser Abfüllung von 1996 vom Château de Léberon. 
Um ehrlich zu sein weiß ich leider nicht, was genau das Label uns sagen möchte. Auf jeden Fall eine sehr fantasiereiche und interessante Darstellung. 

Sicher ist, wir haben es mit einer Einzelfassabfüllung zu tun, welche ich Fassstärke abgefüllt wurde. 200 Liter waren aus diesem Fass übrig und es wurden dadurch 400 Flaschen, welche in einer 50 cl Größe erhältlich sind, abgefüllt.
